The "E04" error message is displayed and the product does not boot.

The following operation may boot the products.
However, other problems may appear by rebooting the product repeatedly.
After the "E04" message appears, repeat the steps below for 4 or 5 times.
- Press and hold the power button, or move the power switch to ON.
- The E04 message appears, and the power of the product will be shut down.
By the above steps, the product may boot by EM.
When the products are in the mode, try updating a firmware on the EM (emergency mode).
It may restore an access to the shared folders of the products.
