What does "HDx Error E16 HDx Not Found" error means shown on the LCD display?

The error means the internal hard drive of the product is not recognized.
Try the following operation to improve the situation.
- Check if the hard drive is placed properly in the slot, and then reboot the product.
- Replace the hard drive if there is error occurred after rebooting the product.
