How do I stop a multiple SSID?

This happens because of the function you can set different security level to different SSID.
You can connect the devices which support different security level to one router at the same time.

Follow the steps below to disable the function.

  1. Log in to the router.
Click here to see how to log in to the router, and show the Web interface.
  2. Navigate to [Wireless Config] - [Basic (11n/g/b)].
  3. Uncheck the checkbox under SSID which you don't need to use other than SSID1.
Be careful not to uncheck under SSID1.
