The following may be a cause of no access from "buffalonas.com" to the TeraStation with the Web access function enabled.

Cause 1. There exist more than two routers between the modem/terminal (ONU/CTU) and the TeraStation, which may result in a UPnP setup failure with the closest router to the modem/terminal (ONU/CTU).
Solution 1.
  1. Connect the TeraStation under the router hierarchically closest to the modem/terminal (ONU/CTU).
  2. Set all the routers into the "bridge mode" but the one closest to the modem/terminal (ONU/CTU).
  3. Set the port mapping on the routers between the modem/terminal (ONU/CTU) and the TeraStation, so that the port for the Web Access function becomes open.

Cause 2. There may be an incorrect address setup of the default gateway and the DNS server on the TeraStation.
Solution 2. Check the address setup of the default gateway and the DNS server on the TeraStation.

The address of the default gateway and the DNS server can be set on the set-up menu of the Terastation: [Network]-[IP Address]

Cause 3. A private address may have been given by the Internet service provider.
In such a case, WebAccess is disabled.
