How to: Setup PC IP address automatically through DHCP ( Windows 7).

Windows Vista/7

Step 1:
Click the Start button, followed by  Control Panel.

Step 2:
          
Click
 View network status and tasks

Step 3: 
Click Change adapter settings.

Step 5:

 Right Click on the adapter

 Select Property.

Step 6:

Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Property button.

Step 7:

Set Option to "Obtain an IP address automatically" and click OK button.

On Windows XP

1 . Go to Start menu and click : Control Panel | Network Connections Image.

2.  Right Click on the adapter and select properties.

3. Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Property button.

4. Set Option to "Obtain an IP address automatically" and click OK button.
