TeraStation cannot be searched by NAS Navigator2.

NAS Navigator2 searches TeraStations on the network and shows their icons.
Follow the procedure below when no TeraStation is found.

Cause 1. The TeraStation is powered off.
Solution 1. Turn on the TeraStation.

Cause 2. The PC and the TeraStation are not under the same network segment.
Solution 2. Connect both under the same network segment.

A search of TeraStation under a different network segment is not supported by NAS Navigator2.

Cause 3. The ERROR/INFO LED of the TeraStation is on.
Solution 3. Check the status on the LCD panel.

Cause 4. An installation of NAS Navigator2 has completed improperly.
Solution 4. Re-install the latest version of NAS Navigator2.


Cause 5. Multiple LAN adapters are enabled on a PC.
Solution 5. Disable the LAN adapters that are not in use.

Cause 6. Security software is affecting the network.
Solution 6. Temporarily disable your antivirus software and software firewall.
