How do I configure to require sign-in with a password for the files shared by the e-mail?

You can configure to require sign-in with a password to see the files shared by your e-mail address.

* Note:
This is not a feature that Administrator of the CloudStation configures a password for the shares.

1. Log in to remote Web interface of the CloudStation.
   Click here to open the page.
   
2. Click [Settings] at the top of the page show in the figure below.
   
    
   
   
3. Click [Security Settings] under "Account Settings".
   Put a checkmark on a box next to "Require sign-in to view email shares".
   
   
   
   
   

   By the setting, the person who will get the shares needs to log in with a password. Click here to refer to the operations to view the shares.
